Excellent with regular new displays. Its worthwhile checking the history of Taupo. See if you can find out the date when Lake Taupo produced a tsunami that affected Whakaipo Bay. Circa 1928.

Awesome place. Went in December 2016 and yhe roses were in full bloom. Amazing sight
