Always a joy to shop at Animates Taupō. Always well received. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Always offering to assist with carrying my items to the cashier and then the car. Every staff member I have encountered , listens to my crazy dogmom stories with big smiles and enthusiasm. Absolutely recommend them. Thanks Animates team Taupō! You are superstars!
went into Taupo today, to purchase a harness for our large pooch. Honestly the staff were fantastic! They spent time with us, were great fun, and very professional with it..well done guys!
Awesome! The staff were so helpful, and so kind to my dog she loved everyone she met even when she stole a treat. They helped me fit her with a life jacket and encoured her to walk around with it on to see how she felt about it before we committed to buying. Happy to say that Tūi was very proud of her new jacket and wanted to wear it home.
I always enjoy shopping at Animates Taupo. If the product I'm looking for, the employees are always ready to help with suggestions to help. They are always welcoming and always have a nice chat at the check outs without just rushing people out the door after purchase.
Animates in Taupo are wonderful, staff are so friendly, welcoming & very helpful beyond expectations! There knowledge base is fantastic & have a huge selection of products. I highly recommend this store.
Went on Sunday afternoon, and was immediately greeted by a worker named Douglas I think. Attended to all my needs, great customer service, will be going there again.
Took our little puppy Milo for her first day in town, we stopped in Animates to find a suitable harness for her and we were pleasantly surprised at one of the employees, A nice young lady who knew exactly what she was doing and she let us try multiple harnesses on Milo to find the right one that fit. The support we got from, and lots of insight led us to purchase the best harness possible for our little Milo. Thanks a bunch! and we went to the lake right afterwards
Excellent polite friendly staff, the store is attractive and obviously well cared for and tidy.
Lovely shop and customer service is great...but very pricy
