Every interaction with the team here has been awesome.  From puppy preschool, to regular checkups, unwell hospital stay and furbaby mama meltdowns the staff here really care. They are professional and relatable and I recommend them as my vet of choice.

Recently had an unfortunate accident with our puppy swallowing 4 pain relief tablets.... Contacted Welcome Bay Vet & received a very welcoming/caring response... They dealt with our puppy as a priority, defused a potential disaster & also looked after our puppy for the rest of the day to make sure he was ok... John is a genuine original business owner & Veterinarian that truly cares about what he does & the positive impact he is contributing to the wellbeing of the animals & their owners, that he & his staff take care of.... Furthermore, their pricing is extremely reasonable & justifiable for their very personalised service… Thanks John & staff for the excellent service…

Such a great Vet Clinic.  Everyone is so friendly and the service is really thorough.  Had a problem with my cat and got an appointment straight away and she was home that afternoon all sorted :-

We were struggling to find someone free to clip my elderly dogs nails before Christmas, thankfully, the team at Welcome Bay Vet Clinic were more than accommodating! He can be a grumpy little man, but the lovely lady who helped us was patient and made myself and little Bosley feel at ease.  We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We take our 2 dogs, Angel & Max Have been going for a number of years & wouldn't go anywhere else..

Great service, my fur son actually looks forward to trips to the vet. He's excited to get out and see them
