Ordered a part. Was told it would be a couple of days. After 2 weeks still chasing them up. Was told they would call me back on several occasions. Never did. Initially friendly and helpful but no follow through. Probably not going back.

Excellent service. Although just looking for a commuter bike and not a big spender compared to the majority pricing of the bikes in the store, I was treated with attention and courtesy. There was no hard sell, just help. They were willing to go well out of their way, making me feel like a valued customer. Seriously impressed, and thank you guys.

Just purchased my first full sus bike from Hub Cycle. Peter was more than happy to answer all of my rookie questions and help me choose a suitable ride. I always appreciate honest and knowledgeable staff. They have good sales too (actual discounts, not fictional RRP like certain bike retailers).
