Super helpful staff I believe he was the manager but forgot his name. Helped us fit a helmet and elbow pads for the toddler and gave good advice. Highly recommend
The guys and gals at Tower Junction were so awesome to deal with, Andy especially provided my partner and I with above and beyond customer service. We highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new bike or any other bike needs. They offer a fantastic service plan too which takes the stress out of knowing everything to maintain your new bike. So happy A+++
Have previously purchased a bike and parts, services etc from here and found the staff helpful and good to deal with. Even had a staff member come out and help me fit a part I was having trouble with at no extra cost once several years ago. But recently I tired to purchase a component for a bike, they asked if I bought the bike from them and when I said no, I was told they couldn't sell me the part unless I had purchased the bike from them... With no explanation, reason or apology. Previously would have rated this business highly, but not anymore. contacted another bike store they were more than happy to help.
I ordered a bike over the phone to be sent to the physical store to be built. Upon arrival the bike was missing the basket and i had to ask for it even though it was included in the bikes price- this was not a problem for me. I asked the staff with helping me get the bike on top of the cars roof racks, when doing so the staff member slipped and broke our bike roof rack and scratched my bike. I am not mad at this situation I would have just liked to be offered compensation for the broken roof racks.
Customer service was great across the board, Nick at Hornby, as well as the young lady and man at tower junction when purchasing my bike. Very helpful.
