Recently brought a Rocky Mountain E-bike off Scotty and Rachael. They are the best in the business. Honestly have not had better customer service at any other shop in Christchurch! The bike goes bloody good too. Thanks heaps!
I have been to a lot of nice bikeshops but this one is special. They don't just have all of the great brands a cyclist needs and wants, even better their service is outstanding. I took my rear wheel in for an opinion of a mechanic and they fixed an issue straight away. They helped me previously with a missing seatpost wedge for a Pinarello, so was very grateful that Scott and his awesome team helped me again. Highly recommend this bikeshop to anyone espescially if you have high end carbon gear. Many Thanks
Personalised service, awesome equipment, and an experience that really blew me away. I recently reached out to Scottybrowns Cycles to rent a battery for my Old Ghost Road trip on my eBike. Not only was Scotty personally willing to assist me and set me up with this unusual request, but he personally coordinated getting the battery to me to make this epic trip seamless and smooth. I was touched by Scotty's trust in me someone he never met for the rental of such an expensive piece of equipment. Even though Scotty must have been crazy busy during the New Years rush, he personally saw to it that all arrangements were made. Such genuinely kind and trusting service is a rarity these days. Scotty pulled it off. Old school Kiwi friendliness at its best. Hope to catch up in person and see the shop in Christchurch next trip south.
The service, passion, knowledge and enthusiasm flow from the Bosses, through the workshop, the shop floor, and everywhere in between at Scotty Browns. That's obvious as soon as you walk through the front door. What I really want to review is my new BOLD LINKIN - What a machine. In my eyes, this bike is just beautiful the curves and minimalist look are AWESOME - BUT... then you add in the tunability of the Ohlins fork, and just how lively this bike feels... It handles fantastic and I love it! Thanks Team SB's - I'm loving my BOLD and I would have no hesitation in recommending this bike or the Scotty Brown's Team.

I bought a Trek Rail 9 from Scotty Brown's and was very impressed with the customer service from Rachel and Scotty, from great communication to making sure the bike was ready when I needed to collect it, to Scotty selling a seat which did actually turn out to be very comfortable! Go shop here, you won't regret it. They're a couple of hard cases who definitely put their customers first and sell a top notch product they stand behind.
Just purchased a new bike after being a client of the shop for a number of years. Had a few little issues with the cosmetic work on the frame. And nothing was a problem, which is on the way to being sorted out. I always get treated like I'm they're most important customer. A real rarity these days! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Can whole heartedly recommend coming to these guys for all your biking needs. I recently purchased an ebike through them and the process couldn't have been smoother. Great communication throughout. And even a swift follow up call to warn me of a possible charger issue. Exemplary stuff Scotty
I'd like to say thanks to the boys today for their exceptional service, which far exceeded my expectations. I called in looking for a new back wheel for my road bike and that's what I got, after they ordered one in and then proceeded to remove one off a bike they had in store, so I could take it with me today. Friendly guys with a great customer service attitude.
