Lovely customer service received tonight, good upsell to get me on the Hoyts membership and amazing advice! Thanks to the young lad at the counter! Clean tidy facility! Toilets require TLC as they smelt of urine, and a couple of seats were not reclining so we had to move seats. Overall good experience of the theatre!
I had a terrible experience at Hoyts Botany Screen 4, 9 PM session. The air conditioning was off the entire time, making the theater uncomfortably warm, despite multiple complaints. To make things worse, the movie only played on half the screen, ruining the viewing experience. For the price of a ticket, I expected much better. Definitely not coming back unless they improve their service and maintenance.
Whooohoo! Finally we enjoyed my favourite movie here with my friends. What a sound system we would love it. Specially heads off to cleaning staff who maintaining this place nice and tidy. Well appreciate to all the staff.
Came here today and staff were friendly and helpful. Recliners comfy, popcorn was fresh not like sylvia. Enjoyed my easter Sunday.
Love the free popcorn refills but making us queue up again fir a refill took so long we missed some of movie. They need more people serving and less people scanning tickets
