We were in there during the mall lockdown, staff were brilliant with making everyone feel safe and kept in the loop, seats were awesome- like the Hoyts LUX
The theatres and service people are great. The games part and foyer is kept lovely and tidy. The bathroom however! nThe womens bathroom has broken taps amd looks like it hasn't been maintained at all. All the stalls had empty paper and were full of rubbish. Everything else was great but the toilets were pretty yuck
nI was invited to a private screening of a movie and was my first time here.nMy friend created the graphics for the movie poster.nThe theater is large and spacious Escalator stairs and lift to get inside there.nA big arcade games center is also there to enjoy with family and friends.nBig comfortable seating to watch your movie.nBook on line or buy tickets at the cinema.
Hey guys you were a good cinema, but looks like your standards are dropping. No one at the cinema entrance counter this afternoon to take our tickets. The sign board said Cinema 3 is under cleaning. We waited, no one came to the counter at the entrance of the cinemas. The movie was about to start in 10 minutes so we went in as we saw other people going in. The seats were not clean. The toilets are not clean. Hope you guys get better. Really like coming here, but may not continue if I kept getting this type experience again. Location is great, food is great, parking is abundant. Come on you can do better.
The fools were sticky to walk on. The toilets upstairs women one was blocked, and the other had no bloody loo paper and a mess on the floors.nIn the theater room, there were loads of rubbish under chairs and on the floor.nThis was the 1st time I have been here in over 2yrs or more.
