We organized a school trip , 5 years old kids. Manager decided to cut the movie before the end because we were 15 min late. Would have let movie finish if we paid extra money...Not an option on a school trip. thanks for 3 customers (we were 25), could watch their movie on time !

Place is beginning to look a bit tired and could do with some work, but I like it and going there is fun. However, it is always understaffed at peak times and often the queues are long, people everywhere with minimal staff running about trying to cope. This is a real downside. The Capitol in Dominion Rd is actually a way better cinematic experience all round and the Rialto should take note.

The staff are rude and the quality of the place has dropped a lot in the past few years, won’t be going back
