Fabulous experience with  Harry and Lyndon at House of Cars. It was our first time ever buying a car and they were so patient and polite. Of all the car yards we went to they were the only yard who weren't pushy about selling us the first car we saw. They let us take our time and look it over and were more than happy to answer any questions we had. Very accommodating and very polite! Thank you all very much!

Bought a car about a 1 n a 1/2 years ago and have had nothing but problems since, have paid over $4000 in repairs its f****ing BS. House of cars and good year are both scheming businesses who kiss each others backside n rip off customers. They pass roadworthy for house of cars and know there is problems. Completely dishonest, customers pay good money the least you could do is provide a roadworthy car without lying about it.  Id give 0 stars if i could. People be wary of these losers they couldn't give a S**T about being honest. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Our experience started and ended with Lyndon. It was due to him that we returned from shopping around and eventually bought our car. He stands head and shoulders above peers. Lyndon was candid, polite, personable and welcomed us with warmth and sincerity. He listened to our requirements and found us the perfect car from his range. Even though we were seeking a small car, he displayed no bias by treating us as though we were high-rollers. The experience that Lyndon afforded us made the purchase enjoyable and we feel we have made a good deal. Due to the service we received, we intend to go back to House of Cars for our next car and will openly recommend them to others in the meantime. Thank you Lyndon!

I can not describe how decent honest and fabulous this dealership have been to me in purchasing a used car. It is a rare find to be treated so well as a customer especially in this industry. Lyndon from house of cars Canberra has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND his call of duty as a used car dealer and I can not recommend highly enough this business. FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! don't look anywhere else for your next used car purchase.
