We enjoyed our brief overnight stay at Hotel Urban St Leonards. Our room was clean, and well appointed with all the essentials you would expect. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept soundly. Also had a delicious breakfast from their in house restaurant. Highly recommend if you’re in the st Leonards area and not far from crows nest precinct.
As interstate guests, we have been staying at Hotel Urban for different lengths of time since last year, and will continue to do so into the forseeable future. We initially chose this hotel due to its proximity to Royal North Shore Hospital and good reviews and have not been disappointed. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable and the staff are all approachable, warm and professional. There is secure parking and a bonus is the very nice restaurant . We have utilized the complimentary luxurious shuttle bus on numerous occasions. Hotel Urban continues to provide a reliable sanctuary for both of us while my husband continues to receive long term medical treatment.
Staff were friendly, room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shampoo, condition, body wash, tea coffee and milk provided.nThe location is great if you need to be staying near Royal North shore Hospital. Great restaurant in the lobby of the hotel, my only complaint would be that it's expensive and no vegan options for people with intolerances. Will definitely stay again.
Rooms are NOTHING like the photosnBeds and pillows are horrible, room is dusty & not comfortable at all.nThe female on the front desk is the rudest woman I've ever had to deal with.nnIf your after comfort & lovely service then this is NOT that hotelnnWould not recommend !!!
Requested a rear facing room but was told on check-in it was not available and that the hotel was fully booked. Was given a road facing room on the top floor that seems to have a water drain pipe running across the ceiling that gets quite loud during periods of rain. The windows are double layer so road noise was not noticeable. Bathroom is on the small size for my liking. Sadly there are no conveniences nearby so meals need to be ordered in. The quality of meals I had for room service met my expectations. Parking is available.
