Terrible service – not even worth 1 star!nWorst car wash I’ve ever been to. They charged full price but delivered poor results. On top of that, the so-called manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I raised my concerns. I’ve attached a picture to show what they call a “super wash”  it’s a joke. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Avoid it completely.

Horrible experience, honestly they did nothing with my car for $115. It’s insane, as you pay this price you expect a lot more then just a barely wipe down. I have also emailed them and no replies.

If you’re considering coming here. Look elsewhere, brand new car, washed many many times, only to come to hoppys once and immediately have my trim ruined and discoloured.nnI have contacted hoppys as they request, only to be told that it is an issue with the car, not their service, claiming they use “PH” neutral washes that couldn’t possibly cause the damage, and be told to contact the dealer. Any reputable company that actually cares about continued business would offer to help, especially considering they are a “detailing” company, they wash your car with brooms with hoses attached, the interior of my car wasn’t even wiped down as advertised in the “super wash”.nnNow have to deal with a guy who doesn’t even reply to emails until followed up days later by the name of “Brian” - will definitely not be coming back and I warn others to not come here. Horrendous wash and horrendous service - would give zero if I could.

First time customer here, got a Super wash with a combo added. Good service overall, however for the price under $100I was left a bit disappointed with the lack of detail. As examples, my cup holders were left either untouched or not cleaned properly, panoramic  roof top was left with smudges and water marks. Car looked nice overall though, thank you.

Extremely disappointed with this place. Felt ripped off. First time customer and never doing that again.nTook my little jeep renegade that travel from home to work and back. In both places garaged. No rubbish, no bugs, no pets, no crazy bad dirt just the typical dust and dirt from not being cleaned in a while.nI was charged $100 dollars!nThey did a good job though
