New Era Hand Car Wash and Cafe

They did a great job cleaning my car. I have 2 young kids so my car was filthy. It was good value for money. The cafe wasn’t set up though, so don’t expect any food or drink available. There was aircon so I didn’t Mind hanging out inside while they cleaned my car. Very polite service.

This place is strange to say the least. They’re advertised on the website as “Best Hand Car Wash Cafe Service in Australia” and “100% customer satisfaction”. Whattt? You guys have a 2 star rating on google. Anyway I went here and it was just two guys washing the cars, with nobody in the ‘cafe’ at all, which looked like a dodgy corner store. I got nothing but bad vibes at this place. The two guys were not friendly at all. I cancelled my car and left quickly.

Paid for the $44 service and I had a bad feeling as the bloke said ‘can’t guarantee ____’ multiple times when we left the car. Car was cleaned half-assed with outside mirrors still dirty, dust and sand still left around from the “vacuum”. Surprised because I came back and 6 guys were still just standing around checking out their phones. Also saw from a distance before retrieving the car that the service man was leaning on the car. Recommend the car wash in Garden City Mall parking lot or some in Sunny Bank area instead.

I got the presidential wash and they charged me an extra $15 to armor all the doors and when I got home I realized that it should have been included under the doors dressed option... Also inside wasn't as clean as I would have expect. Outside looked great but.

Monday I had my car washed and interior cleaned. Goodness knows why but thhe back seat of my Rav 4 was moved. The seat was not put back in place properly and what is worse one head rest is missing. I am absolutely disgusted. I have a photograph of how they left my car unfortunately there is no where I can post it on this page
