Spent $100 on Sunday the 12th June, getting a so called Polish and Detail, the car came back to me disgusting, they didn’t clean it, sent someone over on 3 separate occasions for every time I saw something else that needed doing, and a every time nothing happened. I had my 6 month old so I was distracted putting her in and when I got home look at the condition of it. They not only ignored my requests to fix it, they didn’t reply ti emails or phone calls, gutless. I want a refund so when you grow some and see this you have my number, call me and put that money you stole from me and put it bank into my account. Greeted by a staff member who was nice but just kept trying to upsell.  Overall did an average job and missed a few spots. Driver side mirror, front grille, wheels and some of the lower parts of the car. Attention to detail is everything. Was it worth $69? Probably not.  Note : Photo of microfibre cloth was just after cleaning one wheel myself.

Worst ever!!!!! PLZ DONT COME TO THIS SITE FOR CLEANING I ordered cleaning outside and when the cleaning  finished, there are bird shxt on the back side. i asked staff to clean them but staff said that there is extra charge for that 10 dollars. I've been to many car wash shop and i never heard about it. So i asked to show me the menu but there is no mention about it. the staff does not admit it is their fault and he pretend that it is my fault. I asked to clean the back window with extra charge. but the guys told me that it is impossible because they already finished. worst and worst cleaning.

Would not recommend this car detailing service. I brought in my new company car which needed a detailed clean internally. After the car was suppose to have been completed my partner and I spent 20 minutes wiping everything over because it was caked with ‘armour all’. Even after we drove off, we found more pools of the oil in various places and some began dripping on me from under the steering wheel. For $170 interior only we would have expected a better quality finish than what we received.Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Left rims partially dirty, afew exterior marks left uncleaned and extra smudges added to it just disappointed. Found some black smudge tar like substance on my bonnet that won't come off and they have broken my cup holder...

Second time using this service and second 5 star experience. Both of our cars where filthy inside and out. Having two young kids the back seats where absolutely horrendous with all sorts of stains and unknown substances stuck on the upholstery! Star Car Wash was able to turn both cars looking extremely respectable once again. The staff are friendly and made sure I was happy with the service before leaving. Great job!

My car was really dirty as we live on a dirt road, so I said just charge me what you need to get it looking good inside and out. I was quoted $430 and 4 hours. After 5 hours I hadn't heard from anyone so I went back and they advised the text must not have worked. The exterior still had dirt in numerous places, and the car was covered in streaks and smudges. Interior was mostly good, however the boot was still quite dirty. Staff were rude and huffed about me asking to clean the vits that were still dirty. For what I paid unexpected much better effort and results. Would not recommend and will not return.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Paid $189 as we were requested to pay more for extra services I wanted e.g a good leather clean. Was happy to pay that for the service.... but instead I got a car back that was just drenched in oils.... making it shiny/wet does not make it clean. The areas I pointed out on the seats are still dirty now that the oil has finally dried up a bit. Not impressed, have never been disappinted by a car wash before, will not be going here again. Waste of money when I can do a better job at home. Wish I Read the reviews before hand.

Did not properly vacuum, and I paid $35 extra specifically for extra vacuum service. The wash outside scratched the paint of the car, minor scratches but still... Also annoying was the settings of things like radio, aircon, mirrors were all changed for some reason and some to ridiculous extend, I don't know why they would not be happy with me, but I'm definitely not happy with their service.Services:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming
