Usually pretty good.  Unfortunately the last two times I've been there have been problems with the auto-wash and the payment system :(

The high-pressure hose flew out of its holder when I inserted a coin into the self-service unit one night. It hit my rear passenger door and caused 2 scratches. I contacted Sparkles the next day to get them to review the CCTV footage (it all happened right below a camera) and let me know what the next steps are to get the scratches fixed. 

I had one email back saying they hadn't looked at the footage yet, but asked me to confirm that I hadn't touched the trigger, which I confirmed, and told them they would see it on the CCTV. 

Five unanswered emails later i'm assuming they don't want to take responsibility for their faulty machinery so i'm lodging a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading.

a special kind of business. it has managed to get worse on each visit. today was the last straw. its called maintenance you slack bastards.

poor quality self wash system. car had marks left from the brush clean. 
dont waste your time or money

Dirty, rubbish laying everywhere half the equipment is broken . Worst car wash I have ever seen.
