I have used carhood for both business and leisure over the last 18 months. Over the past 6 months in particular, I have made frequent trips between Melbourne and Brisbane and service by the Brisbane team has always been spot on. The cars were always in great condition and reliable. The pick-up/drop-off to and from the airport worked smoothly every time - because the location is just off-airport at Brisbane, allow for a bit of extra time if you're in a hurry. Having said that, I attempted car hire through one of the major brands located on-airport at some point only to be standing in the queue for 30 minutes...! Carhood is great value for money, and although there isn't a "frequent driver" loyalty scheme (as yet anyway), I got to know the Brisbane team really well and loved the personal service. Will continue to use Carhood and recommend to friends and family.

We recently used Carhood for the very first time. What a pleasant experience. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Our car was immaculate inside and out. Good directions were given to the nearest spot where we could grab a meal and they even offered to make us a coffee as we completed paperwork. Definitely a positive experience and we'll be back next time we need a car in Brisbane.

I will go out of my way to tell people of the great experience I had with Carhood. I used to park at Brisbane Airport either in the major cheap parking lot or at the hotel parking. After shelling out an average of $100 a week for those I thought I would give Carhood a try. So glad I did. I not only parked for free but I earned $17. That savings pays for one of our dinners on vacation. Can't beat that!

I dropped off my car early in the morning at 6:15am. The agent was very friendly and there was a car waiting to drop us off at the airport. I really love this part.

Very personal and classy. I wish nothing but good for this company and hope they prosper.

Great experience. Saved money from parking at Brisbane Airport. Even earned money from Carhod using my car while away on my business trips. Great staff, friendly and professional. Thanks to the Brisbane staff in making continually streamlining the process. The shuttle drivers always professional and friendly.

This business could be so much more. Please focus on customer service and keeping the owners of the vehicles left in your care informed on what is happening.

I had such high hopes for Carhood when they began in Brisbane years ago.
