BAP - Budget Airport & Cruise Parking Brisbane

I used BAP a few months ago and I was blown away by the amazing customer service. Not only were they cheaper than the other places I've used but the service was amazing, at reception and with the driver. The car was kept safe and when I returned I did not have to make a call to be collected from the airport. They had two buses already waiting so I was able to hop on and return to their depot immediately to collect my car. I will continue to use them in future for every visit that requires long term parking and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

What can I say a great experience with no problems or issues and smooth transfers to and from the airport. We were visiting Melbourne and thought he we would give this place a try, we are booked and the instructions were very easy to follow. We parked the car ourselves under cover, which is a bet screening to protect the vehicle from hail. We walked to the bus stop and was collected by our driver Chris who was such a funny person and also shared some recipe ideas and made sure our trip to the airport was enjoyable. We were dropped off on time and when we were collected we used the app to confirm we had landed and also it showed in real time the time to collection. our car was not damaged and no issues when we exited the car park. Our car is new and expensive and I always worry about leaving it anywhere but my worries were erased when I checked the vehicle. Thanks guys and we will use you next time.

You could not ask for better service. I booked for the day before our departure, arrived at BAP and was assisted by the night staff with no dumb looks from them. The transport in was friendly, efficient and the driver was teaching us Italian words in preparation of our trip. On the way back I needed to see the staff to book out but a lovely gentleman came out and swiped us through, again with no dumb looks. Exceptional service and wonderful staff. Will recommend you to everyone.

Have used BAP on many occasions over the years and am happy to say that the service and professional attitude of the business has only strengthened. Leaving our car their is helping us with a peace of mind over the duration of our travels. The staff are helpful and friendly and I will continue to use BAP in the future. My wife and I used BAP last week for our trip away for the school holidays. Not only are they a great price and value for money but the service is fantastic! We arrived late into Brisbane with 3 small, tired, children who didn't want to walk far so we called BAP once we had collected our luggage and were told exactly where to go and that someone would be there soon. The bus was already there and they knew they were expecting us so there was no hanging around in the cold. Can't say enough how much of a help it was! Will definitely recommend BAP for your airport parking needs!

I have used BAP quite a lot on the past but just had to stop as I was getting so frustrated with their complete lack of respect and politeness for their customers. In my interactions with staff, they treat customers with utter contempt, rude and brash. I did complain by email and received a response, but nothing changes there. They need a good clean out of the current staff and replace them all, or put them on an intense customer service course. Started using Andrew's Airport parking and although a little bit more expensive, it's a much better experience.

Apparently BAP are closing down? I've been using BAP multiple times a year for 10 years now and have found them to be great. The new carpark is largely automated thus fast and efficient, they have multiple buses plying the airport route so you never have to wait long, and their prices are really good, in fact, they are the one business whose prices over the years have gone down. I'm posting this as I'm flying out next week and I'm automatically going to the BAP site to book my car in...and the site is down, they are gone!?

I have parked my vehicle at BAP many times without any problems and the staff have been usually very helpful until now .The last time I parked there they managed to lose my keys and I was told that a Andrew the manager I'm led to believewill contact me to sort out a replacement. Still waiting to hear from Andrew 21 days later. Have tried contacting Andrew several times. I get the feeling that the staff have been instructed to say he is out of the office every time I ask for him. I'm very disappointed

Highly recommended.. Awesome service, we left our car undercover for couple of weeks as our family went on holiday in NZ, very affordable . Arrived back Brisbane Airport on Sunday 5-6-16 & contacted BAP for pick up and didn't take long for pick up. Fast and friendly service, will be using them again and again in the near future and family & friends will be advised..thanks BAP T.Sua & family

This is the first time we have used BAP, excellent friendly service. We were on an international flight and got to the airport on time, checked in, then discovered we had left our laptop in the car. Rang BAP, the lady on the phone was only too happy to organise for me to be picked up and taken back to the depot, collect laptop and had another shuttle van waiting there to take me straight back to the airport. Thank you so much for this extra service, "no problem" attitude and all at no extra cost.
