I have been a long time customer , so I am very disappointed in the lack of responsibility Alpha management take for damage to vehicles while parked at their Brisbane airport location.nA few weeks ago i picked up my car after a weeks stay and before leaving noticed a large dent in the drivers side passengers door very disappointed that no staff had reported the damage as it was too big a dent not to have realized when it happened. I reported it to staff before leaving they told me to contact the person which handles those matters , it was several days later he contacted me and said he had talked to staff and no one had damaged the car so he was saying that the damaged was done before entering Alpha which it was not i argued the point asked if there was cctv footage as you drop car at office and staff take cars away and bring out when picking up, he told me that the footage is not kept for long, As i had no proof i was unable to do much, the cost to repair the dint is $1215.50 which i sent to Alpha they still denied any responsibility but under good faith gave me 1 week free parking $99.00 just last week i picked my car up again after a weeks parking and when i hopped in i noticed the drivers door handle was snapped off same story no one had let me know and when i went in to report it no one new anything which was hard to believe as you have to wind widow down to open from the out side. so had to report to same person with the same result no one was taking responsibility and I was told that it was already broken which it was not. So how can Alpha not take any reasonability for damaged caused while in their car park when we drop off at office and their staff park the car and brings the car out for pick up

Absolutely incredible service , drop off and pick was easy . Good rate inside and alpha crew were very kind,my battery was flat and they charged up my car ready to go , thanks so much .narrived 1 day earlier wasn't a hassle .nAlpha crew professional service and very friendly.nLook forward in booking in again totally recommended.nnJodynnL
Have used this service over the last 2 years now. Staff are great and its an easy drop off followed by a shuttle ride to the airport that runs to and from airport every 30mins.nThey also schedule to pick you up once your return flight has landed.nRecently went to Melbs and it was cheaper for me to park up for 9 days than the cost of an Uber to and from my home only 20 mins away.nA friendly and reliable service.
Used to use these guys a lot. They were cheapest and are friendly although the pickup is not as frequent as other services. However there was once where I felt like the car had maybe been driven while I was away, although I didn't have a photo of the odomoter so couldn't be sure. However the reason I will NEVER use them again is because last time we came back and there was a dent in the wheel arch. They came out to look and said they would check the video footage although because we'd been away a little while they couldn't be sure.nnThey never got back to me although I chased them multiple times. They could have provided credit to future stays or something but instead they chose to totally ignore me.
