Excellent service friendly and professional.  We travelled to NZ for a house swap holiday so needed to leave our car and house keys for the incoming guests.no problem for the friendly staff at Alpha who reassured us of the security of our keys as well as made sure they had our visitors names and details
 All done with a smile. Easy to find parking and quick shuttle to the airport and at very competitive prices. What more could you want?

I booked online - no problem.   Arrived with three passengers, dropped off my key and paid by credit card.   Rapid transport to domestic terminal.   We were early arriving back, waited five minutes for the pickup car, found my car might not be ready (due to early arrival) but perhaps parked in.   In fact it wasn't, and we were out of Alpha yard and back home rapidly.   No problems throughout.

Staff were very friendly & very efficient. Even our driver was very helpful to carry our luggage to the vehicle. We did not have to wait not even a minute on the way back from the airport terminal to Alpha office. Driver was already waiting at the stop for us. That is a great service. I will recommend this company to anyone in the future. Customers need excellent service. Thanks again for the lovely service.

Friendly staff from management, receptionist, drivers and cleaners. Prompt service always. Nothing is a problem.  Become a loyalty member and save 15% each booking. I highly recommend Alpha for Airport Parking & Car Hire.

This was my first time parking with Alpha and I’m kicking myself for not using this option on my previous travels. The rates are very reasonable and cheaper than catching the train. The service was efficient and friendly, and overall the experience was positive.
