It's a pity as travel to and from the airport is smooth and quick.  We parked our car for 8 days while we went overseas.  We usually use the airport but wanted to give these guys a go as a 'little' cheaper.  When we returned, our car was absolutely filthy and there was a crack in the windscreen.  After chasing up with the complaints manager, he notified me that this does happen occasionally due to the extreme temperature changes from night to day and if there is a small chip, it can crack.  Our car is a year old.  Needless to say, I'm not buying it.

The whole process was super easy & very affordable!nWe got dropped off & picked up on time.nWe didn't read the instructions so we had to call them & they were more than happy to help guide us where to go for the pick up XDnThe pick up lady was strong too, she lifted my 20kilo luggage like it's nothing!nWould absolutely use & recommend you again! Thank you for helping make our first trip so smooth!

We have parked at Alpha several times and previously the process have been smooth and staff helpful.nnHowever our last pick we noticed some scratches at the side of our car. We emailed the manager in early Jan.nnWe followed up multiple times via phone and email to see whether the abrasion occured during transfer... had no replies at all. They promised to reply within 2 weeks...nnThe manager still has NOT replied to us which we're so disapointed, thats such a lack of integrity.nnOn another occasion, the external of our car was also so dirty.nnThe management team really needs to communicate with the customers. Its low quality service and lack integrity

We cannot review this place highly enough to say how good this business is, you book online for the day and time that suits you, choose whether undercover or not, and voile you have a safe place for your car without paying anything yet! You just pay when you arrive and they park your car like a valet service and then give you a free shuttle for you and all your bags to the airport nearby! Must cost a lot? No, cheaper than catching an Uber etc and you can leave your house when you choose, not on someone else's schedule. We were late picking the car up on return, but that was no problem. Highly recommend.

I recently tried Aplha Airport Parking for the first time and was really impressed by the friendly service and amazing speed of the service. No sooner was I out of my car than the shuttle was ready to leave. And on my return the shuttle was ready and waiting. I’ve already made two more bookings to leave my car there while I’m away.nI highly recommend them.
