Very poor.  I paid $380 for wash, full clay bar, cut and polish to 1 door panel, steam clean dog hair removal, leather clean.  Got the car back, no marks removed, still lots of dog hair, mud in the wheel arch's, film all over car from clay bar. Honestly exact same quality/ result that I get for $50 at a Westfield car park hand wash. We paid the extra to get it all sorted and nothing was.  They have no idea how to clean a car anymore. Dropped off my ute for a full detail ready for sale last week at a cost of $310. To say I am disappointed in the clean is understatement. See attached pics. My rear number plate and lights had not even been wiped, dirt marks and dust still present internally, dirt still in the tray a simple hose off could've fixed, and cobwebs left on the rear tow bar. The list goes on!  I did not want to publicly provide a bad review without contacting Hoppys and giving them a chance to respond. Firstly I called them which redirects me to their email I assume this is to avoid responding to customer complaints . So I then sent through an email with my photos and issues and after 5 days still have not got a response. I can only assume if I do get a response it will be a veiled apology with $0 refund.  It was a terrible job done with no care or attention whatsoever. Won’t be going there ever again and can only suggest that you do not go there either!  I have now had to clean the car myself to a standard that's ready for sale! Absolute disgrace.

During the car wash at the beginning, we thought there are some little black dots which just dirty things, but soon we find it’s itchy all around our skin and we realize they are insects biting us. At night time, the bites was going worse and skin inflamed. Me and my partner cant sleep whole night because of the itching.  Next day, I go back to Hoppy’s and told the managerwho is very young little boy what happened. I just kindly remind manager be more careful of the hygiene problem as there are lots puddles of dirty standing water on the floor which is feeding the insects and bugs. I’m not asking refund at all. However, the manager of the business is in a very bad attitude. He said the insect is come from the creek and government departments not allowed them to spray chemical. And very rude attitude to ask me not to come back for their business forever! OMG, what’s management of business at all?  First, no matter there is a creek or not, it is the matter for the business to protect customers. The should find ways to make sure the insects not affecting customers.  Second, if they know it’s a long term problem, they should warn us, however there are not warning notes at alltook the photos for evidence.  Third, the business should stop running until the insect problem had been totally solved. This is the obsession that the customers shouldn’t be bear. Beside the skin problem, the insect/bugs can spread the viruses and different diseases ad well.  Complain to ACCC and Fair trading already. Will complain to city council in those two days.  Everyone be careful !

Absolutely terrible service, i used to get my cars wash here, but today just a $45 wash and they can even clean inside the doors, spoke to the manager abd he said thats a 45 wash, come on rubish , awfull customer service, they did not care,he just walked off a 30 yo managing !,  he just said to clean that it will cost extra $20! Come on! Please do your self a favor and dont use this business, better to do it your self.

$150 and still have to wash my car.. Specifically asked for the tub to be cleaned and the dude confirmed this with me when totalling up the price.  Got home and realised the tub hadn’t even been touched, and marks were left all down the passengers side.  Not the first time this has happened either, hence me now leaving a 1 star review. Don’t charge people $150 for a $30 car wash.

Paid 300$ for a clay bar /special 2/ and antibacterial Let’s just put it this way while dash hadn’t been touched with a vacume back window still dirty marks still all over my car cup holders still messy the car has 30k kms on it and isn’t filthy just basic marks I took of with a rag when I got home but yeah will never be using this service again I emailed them and got a response saying they don’t vacume air vents which set it in stone for me useless and for 300$ could of got a mobile detailer to come to my house and do it all who was passionate about what he doesServices:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEDED!  I got a super plan which is cleaning car inside out. Car left dirty is one thing. When I went back home I had a thorough look and I notices a couple of areas where car was left unclean and I noticed they have put good size scratches on my car.  I sent an email with pictures within 1 hour and they said bring in the car within 7 days as the guy forgot to take pictures and they have a detailed video for all cars entering. I could not go back immediately as I had some plans.  And when I went back to shop and they said, the video is unclear and the Manager mentioned that it could have happened outside as they don't have a proof which was most disgusting reply I have ever heard..  I just left the place as I know these guys were unwilling to bare the damage done...  Two things:  1 I think it's a lie that they forgot to take pictures, they take pictures all the time.  2 video is unclear convince me this happened at their facility and they don't want to take blame and fix anything. Denial of service.  Congratulations we have screwed up your car. Now pay for it!  Highly NOT RECOMMEDED!

People always steal your automatic wash. Always make sure no one is sitting waiting ahead of you before paying. Otherwise, they steal the wash you just paid for. This has happened to me 3 times in the last year. The guy in the photo stole my wash.

I used this car washing and cleaning service for the first time and I am extremely happy with the results. The car is squeaky clean, smelling nice, and overall looking like a brand new one. The service is 5*. I liked their punctuality, affordability, and overall service. Now I won't go to any other service unless they mix up big time!Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming
