In my role as Practice Manager at a medical practice in Fortitude Valley I have used All Aces for a number of jobs now:  cleaning rugs, annual upholstery clean, spot cleaning/stains on chairs.  On every occasion the service has been outstanding.  They answer enquiries promptly and keep you updated on jobs (even calling the day before to confirm), are on time, the technicians are very polite and respectful of your area and leaving it very clean and tidy.  I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

Stay away. All Aces' cleaners took short cuts, damaged my ceiling, and lied about the contract. All Aces refuse to provide a refund. Cleaners lied about the contract I was signing, they said my signature was to cover a formality that informs their bosses they arrived to my apartment and performed the job. The cleaners zoomed into the signature portion of the screen, I saw no text and was unaware I was signing a legally binding contract. I would have read and disagreed to sign otherwise.  I made it abundantly clear, multiple times before, and after signing the tablet, that I was unsatisfied with the outcome of the clean. My husband made payment in good faith the job would be done well (while at work), unaware of what had taken place. 

I brought this point up with the operations manager while seeking a refund. She said I signed a contract and payment was made. From her perspective, this meant All Aces did not need to provide a refund, even after I informed her the contract was signed under fraudulent conditions.   

This happened two years ago, I sought assistance from the Department of Fair Trading recently, they agreed I was entitled to a refund and interceded on my behalf, though two years had passed. The same operations manager still refuses to provide a refund saying I signed a contract, payment was made, it has been too long, and ownership has since changed. While owners may have changed, the operations manager is still the same, meaning the assurance you have of quality is still the same.  

If you still decide to take the risk, do not make payment until after the job is completed. Do not sign anything unless you are 100% happy, I repeat 100% happy. Do not make any allowances in good faith, you will be sorely disappointed.

I recently used All Aces and their door to door delivery service for the cleaning of a rug I had spent over $1000 on.  My children had completely trashed it and after unsuccessfully engaging another carpet cleaner previously I decided to give All Aces a go otherwise I was about to throw the rug in the bin.  They picked up my rug, cleaned it and returned it like brand new!  I can't tell you how happy I am at the state of the rug and the service we received from All Aces.  Great job, thanks All Aces!

From initial phone call through to the specialist carpet clean I found All Aces Services to be easy to deal with and absolutely professional.

This company were hired to do an insurance flood cleanup recently. There happened to be a council rubbish pickup on as well. Instead of using a skip bin and disposing of rubbish correctly they covered the neighbors legal pickup rubbish with mounds of building materials. (which are not included in the pickup service from council )Because of this, all rubbish was left on the side of the road and has been added to each day by others passing by. All Aces were contacted to get rid of the mess. They came this morning and only removed some of the building waste and left everything else accepting no responsibility for the problem that they have created by being dishonest in the first place. This company is far from professional and certainly not honest. Would not have them in my home.
