My builder uses them for their kitchen appliances. We had a issue with cooktop and they helped us book a service call and also followed up afterward to make sure everything went to planned. Great after sale service.

Still waiting for a refund for a dead Acer computer that I haven't had for a month, more than a little annoyed with both Acer and rt Edwards, Will never deal with either of these companies again.  I called customer service numerous times, wasn't called back when told I would be. Received email promising refund within a week which didn't arrive until replying with my intention to report the matter to ACCC. Received refund after 5 weeks, not good enough.

I have bought about 40 white goods from RT Edwards commercial Brenden Nothing is a problem. Very prompt and professional service always
