We feel very satisfied with the finished product of our raise and build under renovation. Renovation projects can be stressful at times but any issues/unexpected road blocks were resolved promptly and professionally. The project was completed with minimal variation to our budget and the build quality was excellent! I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben, Wade and the team.

Facing such a large project restoring an old Queenslander and adding a lot of extra square footage, we spent a lot of time choosing the right builder.  We were so glad to be working with such experienced, specialist craftsmen in bringing our vision to life. It was a difficult and lengthy process and we are so happy with the finished product. Thank you to Ben, Wade and the 1Struct team for creating our dream home.

This being our first time at building a house we had limited knowledge of the finer and most important details that needed to be addressed when building a house. The team from 1 Struct were there to keep us informed and gave creative and sound advice through out the whole building process. We worked as a team and things got changed along the way  which resulted into a beautiful home over looking the Lockyer valley,
nothing was a problem to Ben and any concerns were dealt with straight  away. we would and have recommended 1 Struct  to any one
