Had a flexi pipe burst under the kitchen sink. They walked us through what to do in the mean time and they were out with drying gear that day. Water was removed and cupboard fully dried. Friendly staff are there to answer any questions and would highly recommended Newlife Restorations.

I highly recommend New Life Restorations. They are an ethical and honest company. They treat customers with respect and sincerity every time. Their professional knowledge, expertise and experience with mould is outstanding and in my situation, life-saving. My health would have continued to severely deteriorate, without even realising what the cause was. Beware of the many mould treatment companies who claim to be experts. Many of them don’t have the knowledge, expertise and technology to identify and treat mould properly. If there is a problem with mould in your home, investment properties or commercial premises and you are seeking a long-term solution and not a quick fix, New Life Restorations is the company to call.

I highly recommend employing the services of New Life Water Damage Restoration. A mould technician arrived on time, by appointment, and scoured our home for any signs of mould on the structure as well as on our furniture and in cupboards, under the house, etc. He advised me of mould sources and how to best treat these. I found his knowledge of mould and the issues it raises to be of a high calibre and was not surprised to learn he had been working with mould for many years. It was a relief to get his verbal report and to know what action was required. I felt in good hands. Sue Smart

New Life Restoration cleaned our mouldy air conditioner units. They gave professional service and did a very thorough clean. The technician was helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely use them again.

We had a laundry tap washer fail in our apartment overnight that saturated our living room. New Life were on site within 2 hours to clean up and dry our carpets. They even took sections away for further cleaning and returned it all to new within 3 days. The best part was, we didn't even have to be there as they worked with our building manager to get it all done. Would recommend to anyone.
