Very nice, attentive & helpful staff & the calamari starter was fantastic but things went downhill from there. Both mine & my son's steaks were tender, but completely devoid of flavour. Basically a sponge of tasteless nothing. Desperately needed salt before cooking to give it some flavour. My wife's Mexican wrap was ok but yet again well under seasoned & though my daughter liked her cheeseburger, she was doubled over in pain an hour later at home with food poisoning. When I paid the bill the waitress asked how the meals were & I politely told her that everything was pretty good except for the steaks that tasted like nothing & desperately needed seasoning. She made no response, handed me my receipt & said "Have a nice day". Boo. Didn't even offer to pass on the feedback to the kitchen staff which was disappointing after she'd done such a good job on service.

Absolutely splendid experience! Was greeted upon entry by a young man, about 7 foot. I believe his name was Hugo. His service throughout the night was priceless indeed. He was kind and friendly to my family and myself as we ordered some top quality, medium rare steak. The technique Hugo used when he was pouring my water was flawless. Thus, i demand that Hugo gets a pay rise of at least 25%. Will be returning some day in the next 50 years. I cant return in the near future, as i have fled the country to Uzbekistan, due to claims of tax evasion. Hope to see everyone at the Hogsbreath family soon, and especially Hugo!

I was very torn between giving 3 or 4 stars. The staff are very friendly and efficient. They have a joke around while being professional and being very attentive. My Barramundi was soft and had the prawns are delicious, basically perfect. The above is why I wanted to give 4 stars, unfortunately my friends experience was definitely 3 stars.
He ordered a steak asking for it to be cooked medium  rare closer to rare.  It came out very well done and chewy with gristle.  Send the steak back and the next one was slightly pink ( Very disappointing) we advised the staff of this and said not to bother to make another one as we will just share the fish.
If you are going to boast about being the best steak house, you should know how to cook steak.
Another issue was being served warm, flat beer from the tap ,apparently someone had not turned on the cooler.

Used my membership card for a birthday party celebrating meal and service  was great.  Meal came exactly how I ordered it,  but had to go back for tomatoes  sauce. 
Nice Sundae dessert and cost was really economic Al. Steve

Attentive staff. Food as you'd expect in what's basically a USA style above 'fast food' class eatery. Except with a significantly smaller menu selection than you'd find in the USA. Family friendly so not the place for an intimate dinner for two 😅.
