Found this cosy warm pub for lunch. Brought the two puppies along and initially thought there was no space set aside for my furry Jack-Shih but upon query, there was a beer garden like set up at the back of the pub next to the parking spots.nHad the Osso Bucco - tasted heavenly. Creamy mash with ample butter.nAlso had their Sunday roast I felt like pigging out and it was beef. Yummmy…though missed my Yorkshire pudding. The gravy was rich and delicious.nMissed out on dessert as tummy was full by then.nShout out to their very friendly staff, especially Bec and the barman. Bec was ever so helpful. Great service!nSaw the boys put up their garden - nice addition to the space.nSummers upon us and I can see the chef serving up a spit- roast or BBQ in that space.
Went again last night with family. 8 of us, all adults. Food superb all around. Outstanding value for money especially with Tuesday night free bottle of wine included. What a great deal! The lounge area is lovely. Young staff fantastic.
The Malvernvale Hotel is a great pub with excellent food. I went to eat on a Sunday night and was surprised with the time that the food took to arrive, as generally speaking some other pubs take a while. Atmosphere was good and it would be a place that I would definitely recommend.
Parma night! They were not astounding nor were they the worst. A table of 16, so deemed hard to manage a Monday night Parma nightnnEveryone said ok but not amazingnI was starving so ate all mine, the teen boys surprisingly did not finish theirs - a tad dry a tad non interesting. The plain schnitzel looked the most appetising on a Parma special night!nnLimp wet uninviting side salad. A sprinkle of chips surely go hard and spread some cheer here. Meals came out no rhyme or reason in relation to orders.nnNot the best destination for special dietary options.nnNeed to lift to 2025 - everything on the plate and in the venue feels dated
Had wedges, veg pizza and sticky date pudding myself and my friends had wrap. Wedges were good, small portion. Will not recommend veg pizza at all, it was tasteless. Sticky date pudding is 10/10, delicious, good portion and very well served. Customer service is also good, can't complaint.
