Went to hair house Robina today I had my hair coloured and restyled with the beautiful ladies there. I am so impressed with the service I received in both the salon and in the shop front. As I have had a massive change I was very nervous however the stylist was so thorough explaining step by step the process and show the products that would be best for me. Nicole the store manager went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with the products I have purchased and even called the Burleigh heads hairhouse to see if they had a product I was wanting and got them to hold it for me to collect. I must say as a visitor to the area I was so impressed with this store and the friendly staff when visiting the coast again I will definitely return. Thank you I am so happy and excited for my new do!
Amazing service. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The staff are so knowledgeable and nothing is ever a problem. Love shopping at Hairhouse Robina. I would visit this store over all the Gold Coast Hairhouses as they offer exceptional customer service and the shop is always well stocked and so clean and tidy!
The girls here are very lovely and have given me some really good tips for maintaining my curly hair. Steph one of the senior hairdressers always goes above and beyond for me, I find the prices reasonable and overall its always a nice experience at this salon. Look forward to my next visit soon :
Very rude and condescending staff who get a kick out of talking down to their customers. This is the second time I have had an issue with products they recommended to me and when I asked for a resolution they spoke to me like I was insignificant and completely dismissed my concerns. They seriously need some lessons in customer service. Will never purchase from this store ever again. After reading many of the reviews it seems they have a history of incorrectly recommending products but not taking any accountability when there are issues. They also don’t honour click and collect prices from the website which I’m pretty sure is against company policy. Do yourself a favour and if you need to shop at Hairhouse go to the Pacific Fair or Helensvale stores, the staff there are absolutely lovely and make you feel appreciated as a customer.
Had a fantastic friendly girl and the staff were lovely, but unfortunately I didn’t get the look I was after. Then at the end when it looked very different to my request I was told my hair was too short to look that way in the photo shown at start of appointment. When I asked for it to be straightened it was going to be another cost. Paid $90 for bob length hair and had to redo some myself so it’s hard not be disappointed in value for money.
My daughter and I had our ears pierced today at Hairhouse Warehouse Robina. My daughter had her first set done there a few years ago and so we returned today for our second set. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Terrific service and we're very happy with our new piercings.
AVOID THIS PLACE!I had my hair done here 3 months ago and got a nasty chemical burn on my scalp from foils. Had to go back and forth with pics just to get a refund and they still made it feel like It was my fault? Like I did something sneaky to my hair to make it burn before I walked in. I lost a lot of my hair and it has finally healed but now I have to wait for the hair to grow back. These guys don't value their customers at all, all they will do is blame and the only reason why they refunded my money is because the whole process was traumatising and it actually affected my mental state and I fell into a deep depression. Only writing review now because it would never show up but it does now. So please beware and go to another hairdresser .
Amazing customer service. nothing is ever a problem when i visit hairhouse warehouse robina. the girls there are so lovely and always there when i need help with all my hair needs. an amazing range of products to choose from for every person and every hair type. 100% recommended going to the girls at hair house warehouse robina for the best outcome.
Went to this place in Robina to get Kerastase products and they gave me the wrong product not once but twice. Ask for one thing, believed in their expertise, got home and read how to use it and realised they gave me the wrong item- ask for a mask - got a conditioner/ ask for a conditioner- got a cleaning clay. Second time in when I went to exchange the wrong item, i mentioned that it was the second time it happened and the lady in charge that day was really rude. Apparently they are doing so well that they don’t need anymore business. Lost me as a client for sure. I usually go to the same store at Pac Fair and I’ve always been treated really well. Also, at Pac Fair you get rewards when you purchase something- I usually get $10 off at Robina you get nothing, actually, you’re not valid as a loyal customer and they are rude as !!!!
Younger staff are way more knowledgeable than the older team, down sold me to a more relevant product to my partners hair type and saved me lots of money on a curler. So without even second guessing myself I felt like I was talking to an honest team member who genuinely wanted us to get the best for our money and I purchased the product because she made me comfortable with the choice. I've never used the salon section of this store, but I imagine it's probably more relevant when looking for an apprenticeship and cheap cuts, however again, I have no idea as I've never gone, it's just the vibe I got. Looking forward to picking up my free treatment to give to my partner.
