Not enough space to write how much I love this salon. The staff are ALL amazing and friendly. They don't just do great cuts, colour and styling they actually care about the health of my hair too. Of all the years I have been going I have not once walked out disappointed. I will never go to another salon as long as La Sorella has its doors open.

The girls are super welcoming and friendly and really know their colors well. Had a great experience there, can't recommend them enough!

Had a horrible experience. Will not go back. The first two visits were really good so I wrote a 5 star review. The last visit (3rd visit) was horrendous and I will not go back. I have deleted my 5 star review and am replacing it with 1 star. I walked away with a hack job that cost $75. The staff were unfriendly and careless. I suspect that since having been voted as a top salon on the Gold Coast, they are now resting on their laurels - no longer trying to impress or gain new clients. I'm sure others have had good experiences. I have completely lost trust for La Sorella. It is really depressing when I look at what has been done to my hair.
