Just had outstanding customer service from Alistair who went above and beyond in explaining all the ins and outs of my car rental. The car was super clean and even better than expected. Excellent service :)

Very very bad!!! We arrivedv15.18 to the office and rhe officer didn't tell us anything and he surcharged us for 45 minutes...29$ extra and 40$ for the cover....not fair...very bad!

Exceptional service in every way, from pick-up to drop-off. Beautiful blonde Fran was so kind when I arrived to collect a hire car after I had just found out that an elderly relative had been rushed to hospital in another city. She was so understanding and patient and made the process so simple. The almost-new Corolla was spotless and a dream to drive, making the trip so much more comfortable. When I returned the car after five days, I was greeted by Kelly - the lovely brunette - who was equally warm, empathetic and professional. Wow! People who treat people like people not numbers. These wonderful women do this company proud and suggest "Hertz has heart". More big corporates should hire more real people like Fran and Kelly. Refreshingly human in the sometimes cold, artificial, impersonal world of big business. Robots, go find work elsewhere. Fran and Kelly rock! THANK YOU.
