Awesome place for a quality rentals! Great prices & customer service. Mark is a pleasure to work with - no issues and they’re my go to place for all rentals! No complaints!!

I've rented vehicles several times from this business and normally I had good experiences.  But one day I rented a sedan but when I got there the owner had rented it out but he gave me a caravan in place of that.  After awhile into the trip the caravan's air stopped working and the windows stopped working.  The situation became more problematic when the windows kept fogging up since I couldn't put them down.  I had to pull over and open the door to unfog the windows.  After getting the car back to the rental place I told Mark, the owner, about it and to my surprise he was already aware of the problem.  Since I was a regular customer he told me that he would give a credit on my next rental.  Since that rental, I rented vehicles from him at least 5 times and reminded him twice about the credit but he never kept to his word.  I am very disappointed with how he does business and have not been there since.  How I miss the days when people's word was their bond.  Be careful renting the caravan from him because he probably hasn't repaired it and if you rent the caravan and experience the same problem show him this review and demand a credit from your rental.

Got a 12 passengers van for a week road trip with my family. The van was so nice and clean. Engine and AC were supper strong, having no problem with the van during our one-week trip. Staff were extremely nice and professional, they’re easy to communicated with and super polite. Can’t expect more from them. Highly recommended and definitely will be back.

I had a top-notch experience with Bargain Vehicle Rentals.  Every part of the experience was handled professionally and efficiently.  My business requires a lot of email back and forth, frequent itinerary changes, and detail oriented questions that can become too cumbersome for many vendors to handle.  All of these things were dealt with promptly, professionally, and courteously by Mark, the representative that handled my account.  I had exactly zero issues throughout the entirety of the rental, which is pretty miraculous when it comes to vehicle rental companies.  Needless to say, they will be my go-to vendor from now on for all of my business vehicle needs.

I had rented a 15 passenger van to travel to Tuscaloosa Alabama.  Mark and Megan prepared van for long journey and answered all questions with knowledge, understanding & patience. No hidden cost, very affordable and convenient.  Thank you Mark; You & Megan are the "M&M's" of greatness. Outstanding Services, assistance & professionalism. 5 STARS!!! I will see y'all again.

I recently rented a car after my car broke down. I had a great experience at Bargain. I couldn't really figure out how long I needed the rental. Mark was courteous, professional and understanding about the situation. The final bill was reasonable and I even got a credit. The car was clean and obviously well cared for. I would definitely go back to Bargain again.

This is the 3rd time I have used Bargain in Brookhaven. All great experiences. I called around noon on Saturday 4/23/2022 after having issues with my car. Mark was great and let me know to come right in. I work in the medical field and I'm mobile for work. Bargain/Mark specifically  has always helped me out. Arriving yesterday there was an issue with a temporary hold on my credit card and Mark was very patient and courteous while I was on the phone handling this. They are very reasonable and with the rental car shortage have not jacked up their rates like the bigger companies.

Every time I have used this business I have always received outstanding and personable service--which is very hard to find these days!!!  As long as I am living in the area, and I need a rental, I will always turn to Bargain before anyone else. :

Amazing place! During these challenging Covid times, they are just what we needed. When other places were sold out, they helped us get crucial vans for our summer charity programs. Thanks to them we were able to still lead youth programs! Great service, nice vans, no lines. Highly reccomend to anyone!

I had to rent a car for the week. Mark was very helpful. Great customer service and more than reasonable prices. Will definitely go back if I need to rent a vehicle. Overall very pleasant experience.
