Car was dirty, had a big smear of bird 💩 across the passenger seat and was generally dirty all over. The women behind the counter tried to tell us what we booked was a auto OR a manual even though we had specifically booked a Auto, because they didn't have any autos available when we arrived. The women behind the counter then over dramatized using the hand brake implying we wouldn't be able to drive it and it was overly complex and we would easily crash or cause damage to the car because they didn't have a compact auto so had to "up grade" us. She then went on to charge us little more than double the rent price for insurance. There was nothing wrong with using the hand brake. She just scammed us into insurance. And now they have double charged me on my credit car for both the insurance and the car a month later. Would not use them ever again. Felt totally scammed and now I need to deal with them to fix my credit card a month later to get my money back. Just poor and a major hassle.
