Generally good service and a good condition car was provided.nRating has been discounted slightly because of the 20 minute wait at the airport, with only one person serving. Not sure if this is usual the experience. There was no wait for service when returning the car.
Booked the cheapest car and ended up with an amazing electric vehicle, brand new and no need to refuel. It was great, as was the customer service. So much cheaper than Budget and the staff are friendly, which was not my experience with Budget rentals.
Well I had a car from the 15th of September to the 20th of September the first car I got was terrible to drive so they gave me a different car and got charged now an extra $ 482 after already paying $900 for the first car. I would never ever use Europcar again, nor would I ever recommend them too anyone
I have rented cars from Europcar multiple times, but I was unable to pick up the car I rented this time. I believe the madam was mocking me. She refused to look at my documents, claiming she didn't have her glasses, and pressured me to cancel the reservation, for which I had to pay a cancellation fee.
I was told the vehicle I booked and paid for four months in advance wasn't available when I saw two of them in the car park.I was given a different brand of car less performance. After speaking with a different staff member it was resolved. But I had to push to get it sorted. I returned the car two days early and was told that I wouldn't get a refund because I had paid online, over the counter bookings are refunded..
