Easy pick up from the airport and a 2-minute drive to their rental carpark. On a hot summer's day, our car already had the air con running ready for us to drive away comfortably. Would highly recommend and use them again.

Booked a car to collect at Sunshine Coast.  We have used Eastcoast a few times now, great cars and service.  Love that the rates include everything.  Service was quick and easy. Thank you we will be back!

Best car rentals place. We have had some bad experiences with car rentals, extensive processes with obtaining a car at check in ect. ECCR was exceptional, with friendly staff, great shuttle service, great value for money and super easy to access and obtain our vehicle.

You guys suck beyond words. I booked through economy bookings, paid a deposit so only had $142 to pay on the day. You ignored this and tried to charge me more than double. Very disappointing and misleading.nUpdate: Nice little scam Economy bookings has going here. If a booking is refused, as it was this time, they keep the deposit. And they had the nerve to suggest I use them in the future. No Chance. Both parties ie you and economy bookings need to learn about duty of disclosure and transparency with regard to fees. I rented a van in Newcastle recently, there was no exhorbitant deposit, just a day rate, 100km max, easy. After I left your office I compared prices at the other rental companies and they only required a $200 deposit and the rates were a lot less.

Picked up car from Sunshine Coast.  Easy instructions for pick up and transfer to office 1 minutes away. Booked in online, so a few signatures and we had our car and on our way. Got full insurance which was also a blessing as has a small accident and all covered. No interruption to holiday. Same when dropping off car. A bit of information for accident and 1 min drive to airport .   Very helpful.  Did ren a car in Cairns and same great service.  Car was great. Will book again.
