I hired a two door Isuzu ute off Avis for ten days and couldn't fault the vehicle or the customer service which was excellent.
Really friendly cutomer services esp at pick up. Good cars easy to get to and easy drop off. Plenty of petrol stations in the surrounds to refuel.
Communication between call centre at the actual location is woeful. I was waiting on call for about half hour trying to get a confirmation while call centre tried to get in touch with Maroochydore office. Phones must have been offline! Then call centre sent an internal email that clearly specified that a Camry Hybrid is required or cancel booking! Guess what? Internal emails don't work either!
Appalling customer service. Smiled n told me this chip would cost a grand. Seemed to get satisfaction out of it. AVOID
Brad was quick and efficient and accommodating. My car is immaculate. Very happy so far
Called up today phone like was cut off at 3:30, No good for returning cars not everyone works 8-5 and can drop off in that time frame, no drop box for keys either absolutely useless!!
Dangerous, unroadworthy truck. Could have killed someone. Handbrake didn’t work and the truck rolled back, almost killing my friend. Tie-down points broken and hanging loose, engine oil light and “service required” light were on. Switches for hydraulic lift were stuffed. I never usually leave reviews, but this company could have killed someone. How are these guys in business?
Good service and much lower drop fee than other rental agencies. No extra costs added later to credit card. Would definitely rent from Avis again. Friendly helpful staff at drop office in Cairns also.
What happened to good customer service KATRINA? She never mentioned about how to return the car. Kiosk would be better than her.
Happy with the service here. No problems
