What a disgrace... Just disgusting!  We looked up car hire quotes online before our holiday, then after not proceeding with Alpha we received a PROACTIVE phone call who gave us a rate for a hire car. They threw in 2 baby seats to seal the deal. Then we get all the way to the Sunshine Coast and get a different price??? then the guy at the desks starts renegotiating and left us no choice other than to settle on a higher price... Then the old tax scam on top where we are told if we pay cash we can get it for less. Now Alpha, how about rather than leaving families (I had 3 very young children with me) stranded and with no viable option other than to pay extra, you get whoever books these things to send an email confirming the price BEFORE they arrive... And don't say you do that already cause the lady on the phone said you don't. What a bunch if scammers. "well that's still cheaper than you'd get at the airport" was what we were greeted with! Welcome to Alpha

Recieved a shuttle from the airport to the branch. 
Very honest and considerate staff.
Will be back when we come for our next holiday :)

Affordable rates and good service. Office needs to be organise as it looks like it’s been abandoned or a bit empty. Cars are in good working condition.
