My favourite local cafe. The breakfast menu has a lot of interesting options that you don't see elsewhere, ranging from candy floss on pancakes to a very vegetable filled breakfast. The drinks menu is good, I always go for the cold brew coffee. Cake cabinet full of delicious treats too.

On previous visits our experience was heightened by the friendly service. This time that service was lacking. Service seemed clinical. Even when food was returned to the kitchen (very undercooked poached egg) nothing was said to us. The food was good as was the coffee. But a lot of the flair has gone.

I only had time for a quick lunch of the salmon roll which was delicious. The cakes look amazing. Will be back

Small area out back if you have a dog. Experience here really depends a lot on the wait staff. Have had both ends of the spectrum - ignored and will looked after. The big breakfast is huge (and priced that way) so if you're a small eater, like me, I suggest you share it. Slightly under seasoned, particularly the paratha.

They felt with or 22ppl party with grace. I was very impressed with the service and staff. Thanks for taking on the NZ Bloggers Brunch Club. You were excellent and the food was amazing too...
