We produce a delicious wheat, gluten*, dairy, refined sugar, yeast, egg, nut free seed bread called the Freedom Loaf.
From our small bakery at 218 Dominion Road we bake fresh bread daily, servicing our local community & customers and our wholesale accounts alike.
Our small space also functions as a toast cafe. Come & try out our gluten & dairy free, mostly vegan toppings. We're all about crafting delicious, consciously considered food that is tastes amazing, is satiating and is good for you.
We have a small range house made spreads, sauces, & sauerkraut and retail shelf packed full of local & NZ made products (chocolate, ceramics, teas, sauces).

*Buckwheat version is our gluten free version. The natural loaf contains oats.
