Join us on the mat at the Mondays Studio, Kingsland and connect with a community of friendly students and lovely teachers. Our classes hold a maximum of 14 attendees, meaning intimate classes with plenty of attention given to you.

Monday's used to be very good however my last two visits have disappointed me. I was told to go and take a seat so that someone could serve me, I waited for about 10 mins with no contact from a staff member and no water. Eventually, I had to go and order at the till. There were no napkins around and also many tables covered with dirty dishes that hadn't been cleared, and still weren't cleared by the time I got my meal and was ready to leave. I'm not sure what has caused the change, maybe it has changed ownership? Overall the service was bad and the cafe felt dirty, quite a shame.

Coffees took 30 minutes to arrive and one had a burnt taste. Muffin and banana bread were good but we had finished those before the coffees arrived. They ran out of cups and had to give us takeaways. Seriously understaffed for a Sunday lunchtime. A very disappointing experience at a cafe we had looked forward to visiting.

Appears to have changed owners which is always a danger. Used to be one of Kingsland‘s best brunches, but now it’s lost it’s flavour.

Absolutely delicious gluten free food and an excellent Aztec hot chocolate. Quick, efficient service. Surprisingly comfy benches in the courtyard - will definitely be back.
