I go to Cafe Monet whenever I'm working in the area. I have always been thanked for visiting and the food is always lovely. The staff are engaging. I always have a latte in a glass if only for the novelty of getting a tall glass full of steamed milk amd pouring the coffee in from a small jug myself! Parking is free if you ask to get it validated. Go there. You will enjoy it. In fact I have an early appointment up the road today so I'll leave home 1/2 an hour earlier to beat the traffic and have breakfast there. I cant think of a better way to start the day!

Pleasant staff and good coffee. Afghan was nice too. Friendly atmosphere. Staff were chatting with customers, looked like they connect well with their regulars.

This cafe is located just before the busy hub of Nuffield Street and Broadway on Remuera Road. It has a big Wilson carpark beside the cafe (not noisy) and a Wilson carpark opposite. The parking costs $2.50 for one and half hours, but the cafe will give you a parking receipt if you purchase from them. We had scrambled eggs and salmon both beautiful made and presented and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
