I had a such a good experience in this branch every time I went there. I feel like a VIP person when talking to them, but most importantly the level of help is way above the expected. While other companies try to make a profit by NOT telling you your options and keep sucking the money out of you for the things you dont need or you dont know or you dont need to pay for. I Rockingham branch they always come up with suggestion what is the best in your interest saving you money. It may sound non productive for HBF but I will sure tell my friends and family and anyone else how good HBF is. And specially Rockingham branch. HBF should be proud of them for painting HBF name in best colours.

Always friendly, helpful staff on hand.
