My best friend was in a car accident and because they didn't sent a transfer letter to their new health fund he's in a public hospital instead of a private hospital. Their advice was to call the 133 number which we were on hold for over 30mins and still no answer. Disgraceful. At your time of need and after spending thousands on health cover I'm truly disgusted by their behaviour. They don't care at all.
