Absolutely shocking communication and reply’s to emails, I ordered a jersey to small, wanted it refunded and didn’t hear back for two weeks so ordered another Jersey a bit bigger to be here in time for Xmas ordered in the 21st of November have called they said they would follow up and email me nothing!! And then emailed them again and nothing!!

We came to the hawksnest shop a few years ago my husband bought some merchandise from you guys and we enjoy coming here and looking around at the different merchandise you guys had at the time the staff are very friendly and good with customers we are very happy to follow hawthorn

Membership and merchandise hub for The Mighty Hawks. Lady behind the counter was knowledgeable about the stock in-store and was good to have a chat to about the footy team in general.

Perfect morning and afternoon to have a kick with a new Hawks fan!

Ordered a month in advance for a birthday present. Numerous calls and emails not returned.and birthday missed. Very poor customer service.

Good store if you are a Hawks fan. Applying membership discounts is not an easy process. The API is quite slow and tedious.

HawksNest is a Mecca for lovers of the Hawks. Great selection of kit and staff are excellent! Oh, and check out the Museum and trophy cabinet while you're there. Awesome!

Great little place for all your Hawks needs

The 2 people 1 male, 1 female working there obviously didn't want to be there. We felt like an inconvenience. No smiling. No thanks after buying. Just looking at you like you have 2 heads when you ask a question and talking to each other.
