I went to this store this afternoon with the intention of purchasing an air fryer. I received amazing customer service from Byron, he went above and beyond for me. I am looking forward to receiving my air fryer when it arrives. Thank you Byron
Medium sized shop with average selection of goods. Be aware that if you buy from 2 different sections of the shop, that you might need to pay for items from each section separately as they have some weird thing where some of the items in the shop are owned by a different company or franchise... I found it strange
A big shout out to Sarah in the IT section at Harvey Norman Mt Isa. Went in to the store to purchase laptops and accessories and Sarah delivered a rock star performance in customer service.
Lots of help from the wonderful staff here, just relocated from Toowoomba and purchased all our new furniture here. 10/10 thanks
Incredible service, Jack sold me a mattress and was super lovely and extremely helpful, gave me options to make things easier and explained everything really clearly and polite.
