The service was brilliant. Initially I had an issue with the wait time of my printer, and sadly I missed the cash back claiming date. Benjamin was being patiently explain and offer all the alternative solution he has. I have been to this store more than 10 times of my life time, it’s still my favorite Harvey Norman store.
I ran into a staff member named Alex today, I've been looking for headphones all day and have been to many stores and he was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable staff member I've ran into. It's great to see staff who know their stuff, he was very patient and took time to explain the pros and cons of the headphones I was comparing. Super friendly and great service!
It is usually difficult to underestimate Harvey Norman. I only visit when they're the only place that has the item I want in stock, and even then I regret it every single time. Service is slow, there's a good chance they won't find the item even if it's in stock, they'll probably make up new rules about price matching, then they'll be extremely pushy to upsell their extended warranty.

I’ve never seen such a comprehensive collection of incompetent people. The products are the same as any other store however it’s the customer service that truly makes this store stand out. Don’t go into the store and waste your time like I have.
Went in today to buy Pixel 7Pro and few accessories. waited around the Google stand for 15-20mins no service. Decided I will just go home and order click and collect. I was then harassed by security after walking 100m and down an escalator. Wont be coming back!
I had a very helpful man, help me today -- his name is GRANT, & he helped me install TREND MICRO SECURITY of my computer; tablet; & 2 mobile phones. A most obliging person, and he's very knowledgeable & skilled with all IT stuff. Now i feel safer running TREND on all my computer devices. A1 service, friendly ... & with a smile : ACE !!!
The PC accessories manager is very knowledgeable and provides accurate advice. Refreshing to find someone that does not push upsetting or additional products. Honest advice got the sale rather than a slick approach.
Best coustemer service and support this company has,I asked for changing the tv i bought cause of some problems ,and this shop less than 24 hours a guy whose name was Nicolas followed up my request and they change my tv with new one.great service
Located upstairs in the City Cross Arcade, above the food court. Not a well stocked store, but does have the home office essentials needs. Not the greatest customer service here in this store either. Waiting around for more than 15mins while staff interested in anything other than assisting customers in non peak hour is poor service.
