It's a nice shop, staff are friendly...a little bit chatty but that's all right...gave us discount aside from the duty free price.
For the last two years, this store accepting customers even not travelers so you can purchase any items I understand that the store is duty-free and exclusive for travelers. I went yesterday want to buy something but they turn me away because I'm not a traveler. So meaning this store they don't want customers from nontravelers. This store I would not recommend this to any potential customers. To be honest, the staff here is a really bad attitude. Especially Chinese.
Great stuff with good price.
I had a terrible experience at the store last week when I came across this manager who looks like a korean? or chinese?. But yeah anyway, she was being extremely rude and unprofessional. I came over because I need to amend my receipt as I have postponed my flight, one of the staff guide me to the manager but the manager was using her phone and she gave me a stare like as if I was disturbing her 'phone' session then the staff asked me to wait at the counter, I waited for about 5 mins then she came and she had like the angry face. So, I was asking her when's the next sales you guys have, she said "don't ask me, I don't know. Go and ask someone else" - eh? is that how you talk to a customer? like are you even a manager there or? terrible.
Terrible, shocking experience as I had to go into store as my friend wanted to check out something there, trude service, the sales Asian girls yelled at me when I asked something simple. Surprisingly how could this store survive as their reputation are so bad.
I had the WORST shopping experience EVER here today!! I went with my friend who has been working here as a promoter for a while. Somehow it turns out that when you’re friend to the staff here, what you get is NOT anything better than, or even equal to normal customers!!! I was assisted by an Asian background sales girl, and an Asian background manager, who were both very gentle and polite, but I was truly disappointed and actually angry with, as my friend mentioned to me, another manager. She’s also an Asian background lady but with long straight black hair. I was asked to present my ID and travel documents AGAIN when it’s already checked by the other manager. My friend mentioned to me that this rude manager has Korean background and to be honest that I was so shocked by this again as I have always been told by my friend about the good shopping experience in Lotty duty free, Korea. Anyway, disappointing and annoying experience, and I was treated like that I was a cheater who’s trying to do something bad, whereas actually all what I asked for, was only a normal treatment. I wish the review here can grab the attention of the higher management team of this store and I’m sure that with this kind of extremely unhealthy and uncomfortable experience, reputation of this shop will be influenced too.
Worst service one could imagine & a racist I bought 600 $ of alcohol as I had 4 tickets and 2 pairs of sunglasses.I was told that I can buy only two bottles of whiskey whereas I saw previous customer given 4 bottle on a single ticket as he was speaking in Philippino with the manager and after the purchase a staff member went inside to grab few free gifts for that customer. I had to wait more than half an hour as staff was not able to find cover for the sunglasses. I was not offered any gifts when I asked whether it’s something to do with price of purchase. The staff member said they hv not left with any, coincidently simultaneously on next register another customer from their community was getting the gifts for purchase of 120$ he said that they know manager personally. After the covers were organised and bill was paid none of the staff member even bother to apologise for the delay of 40 minutes and for a moment I thought I was not in Australia for such a discourteous behaviour. I feel they need to put a sign saying ‘Phillipinos only’ outside the store.
I bought a watch last saturday from this shop and the customer service I received from Vishal was amazing. He was very knowledgeable with the product and gave me a good discount too. Happy to do more shopping in future.
This is the place to go before heading to airport. Very competitive pricing and good selection of products.
Bought a watch for my dad. Great shopping experience. The stuff lady at Longines was nice and helpful! Definitely recommend my friends to shop here.
