Like the msy at Holden Hill, it is good and you should email instead of calling as they don't always answer the phone. There is not much parking at the front so your best to park outside of the city and use the free public transport the rest of the way. Doesn't appear to have disabled parking space.

Great service in the Adelaide store, been shopping with the Sydney stores for 15 years and I normally try to avoid them but today's interaction has definitely improved my view on msy. Maybe it's just this store but the customer service was excellent.
