Everything you expect from Apple and more. Placed my order online, got notification to pick up and collect few minutes later. Was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival and unlike some other locations around country there were plenty of staff ready to help and cope with high volume of customers. I didn’t even need to find the email with the code, they just asked for my name, checked my ID and the order was brought by smiling attendant in less than a minute. In and out less than 5 minutes and another happy customer! Will be back for sure when I need
Receive notification my items were ready for collection, but only half of my order was ready, and the other half was on their shelves, they did have stock but internet orders are different departments so Tony was sent away empty-handed... So be advised to call first for any click & collect don't believe their email notifications
I had an wonderful experience today. I was having issues in my phone for a year and so many visits to apple store. Today I received a wonderful service by Joel. Really appreciate his help and patience. My data transfer took half an hours he made sure that It’s going all smooth. Exceptional customer service by him. Thank you
This one star is for Luke who helped me with my purchase today. Otherwise, this Apple Store deserves 0 stars. There was minimal customer service and the wait time was so long. We stood there and waited for about 40 minutes until Luke came and took our order in 1 minute as we already knew what we wanted to buy before coming. The other staff was impolite. One lady without a name tag gestured me to walk over to her instead of her approaching me the customer was shocking. Unbelievable! And another staff was just very unenthusiastic and was like he didn’t want to engage with his customers at all. During my time standing and waiting there, I looked at the reviews on here and I can confirm the other 1 star reviews are true. If I need to buy from Apple in Adelaide again, I’d click and collect next time. But after reading some other reviews here, it seems like they didn’t have a good online shopping experience either. Anyway, worst Apple experience in my life so far.
Great customer service. Apple is often accused of being a cult and it is their great customer service that keeps you in. Picked up an Apple Watch and they very patiently paired it and installed phone software update. Service was prompt and polite it was a genuine pleasure doing business
I went to Rundle place Apple Store on one of the busiest days of the year Black Friday. The staff did pretty well considering they were down on staff due to covid and a few technicians absent. I was helped within about 30-35 minutes of my appointment time and my phone fixed an hour later with a screen replacement. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and very friendly. I would come back another time for sure. 4 stars because I did feel like some staff were twiddling their thumbs a bit and could have been more engaging with people who needed help, or just acknowledged some people more. Regardless, the people who helped me were fantastic, including the nice gentlemen who organised a screen protector promptly for my iPhone.
Being my Daughter's cheapest courier option to Get her repaired MacBook, reluctantly drive in on a Sunday morning temperature 35 C, so getting in early to beat the heat didn't work. The service was excellent and the experience could not be faulted, From an devoted Android user

Good presentation of products but lack of enough staff to be available for customers, I went there actually myself to buy an apple watch for my daughter, waiting long and still couldn't ask my questions from a staff, even some staff were not with other customers but still they were pretending like they are busy... I end up leaving and bought ot from another place! Probably you need to add more staff, or upgrade your staff efficiency!
