5-20V 87W Laptop Power Supply with 2 x USB-C PD3.0 and 2 x USB-A QC3.0 please recall this product it malfunctions after 2 month's of use and only puts out only 20 volts and destroys anything plugged into it the store manager recommend it to recharge my Panasonic FZ-G1 TOUGHPAD and it burnt it out don't buy this product unless you want to burn down your home this product should be reported to the ACCC the Over-current, over-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection stops working
Called in to get some rechargeable batteries. Was quite amazed at the range of electrical equipment available. Equipment, games, drones, parts, spot lights, and car accessories seem to be endless. I found the staff very helpful and only to pleased to assist. Will keep this place in mind

Can be hard to get a park in this area but the store has some off-street customer parking behind in Addie Pl, entrance off Grote Street, which was helpful. Reasonable range of products and most items appeared in stock, good number of staff on hand to assist customers when I went.
The GEPPS CROSS STORE - Unbelievably unhelpful & uncaring service - from the manager in particular. ONLINE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE - have been just unhelpful & uncaring as well. I will never use Jaycar again to purchase my electronic components. It's a wonder that this company has survived for this long ?!
very unprofessional. i entered a science competition and i needed a dc motor. i asked the guy a question about it. to see if i needed the right one. he didnt understand anything i was saying even though what i was saying was simple. he immediately got me to buy the most expensive one. i now have to withdraw from the competition because the motor doesnt even work. they scammed me. i reccomend going to aztronics or jbhifi instead of this place. dont go here
I own a computer support business. Our staff go in there weekly to purchase supplies for our clients. I have not been to Jaycar for years and assumed everything had not changed. I decided to go into the shop just to check it out as I had not been there for years. Unfortunately I saw the most appalling customer service by service representives. One was DANIEL, however the other was a uni student named HARRISON. The latter seemed to be goading the customer into sending in a complaint. From where I stood, the customer had every right to make a complaint. This morning I had a stand-up meeting with my team of 10 and instructed them never to purchase anymore stock from Jaycar again.
Really helpful staff, sorted out my driving light connection issues. Had all the parts I needed. Good prices.
