Always love coming here. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is awesome. Even has the barman flipping bottles! Food is American excellence. Kids love it too. Just can't get past always ordering the fantastic smoked briskets. 😉 the only thing I don’t like is they can’t split bills. With a computer system, it should be straight forward. ☹️

If you are just after some good food and friendly staff this is the place to be. 22/02: And I was here again! And left with the same feeling like before. Happy and full.

Not tad expensive but just like Australia in general...HEAPS expensive... Pretty much just like Australia in general......As 1 star is the lowest grade i can give, i have to leave it but deep down was a minus score. I recommend Cleveland Ohio HRC to all.....Reasonable prices on everything.

Probably the worst Hard Rock I have been to. Burgers came out stone cold and had to be sent back. Waitress was inattentive, had to wait to be seated despite pre booking a table and the restaurant being empty. Had to ask 3 times for water and napkins. Dessert was terrible - missed out key ingredients and again stone cold. Sent it back and gave up. The restaurant is also boiling hot - there is no air con or ventilation. Unfortunately this place uses the Hard Rock name but isn’t Hard Rock standard. I would recommend going to one of the many other restaurants in Surfers Paradise!!
