BSKT Cafe (Biscuit) was founded with the belief that people care about their health. They just needed the right place to deliver these health options in an indulgent and accessible manner.
That’s why we created BSKT Café — to deliver an environmental health space available to the masses. We believe in food and service is about honesty. We want you to experience a connection with our foods and exercise teaching and deliver a level of integrity behind all our dealings. Our commitment is to bring you the very best in food, teaching and services. Being nothing but good to our customers, employees, local communities and health professional friends defines who we are.

You can really tell they care about healthy eating – the menu is full of nutritious options, but everything still tastes incredible.nnit was packed with flavour, and the portion size was just right. Their smoothies and coffee were also spot on – super fresh and full of energy. The service was friendly even though it was quite busy, and the food came out pretty fast.nnWhat I really love is the location. just a short walk from the beach, and they have plenty of outdoor seating that’s dog-friendly too. It’s also a great spot if you’re into plant-based or gluten-free food.nnHighly recommend for anyone looking for a healthy, tasty meal in a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
BSKT cafe is one of my go-to brekky spots. The food is always fresh and the portion sizes are perfect. I love the avocado on toast with a side of halloumi – it never disappoints. I’ve also had the breakfast burgers and brekky salads before, and they’re just as good. The staff are lovely, the location right on the beach is such a bonus, and the coffee always hits the spot – especially with a sunrise view.
A consistently delicious Gold Coast classic. When I come to the GC, I often stay around Mermaid and walk the beach to arrive here for coffee and breakfast before starting the day.nnThe service is friendly, efficient and beachy, the coffee is rich, smooth and well crafted.nn⏰ They open at 5am. Ideal for us morning folk and of course for surfers.nnBreakfast is always savoury for me and the food here is filled with fresh ripe vegetable sides to enjoy next to eggs and sourdough. Other things on the menu are sure to make people happy, this is just my favourite way to start the day. Real butter gets the extra stars nn There’s street parking but it’s so nice to arrive via the beach
Flavorless, do not order the poke bowl. I was told to add mayonnaise and syracha sauce, which means the natural ingredients of the meal are of bad quality.nnQuite disappointing
