Since being at Pilates Pad from the beginning I have never been so fit and toned. Every session is a great overall body workout targeting core strength, balance and mobility which is so important with being in my mid 50’s. The instructors are always teaching us the correct technique for every exercise to get the best results and remain injury free. Davina, Julian and Dani are so genuine and really care about my progress. I always look forward to going to my sessions throughout the week and it is now a lifestyle that I can continue throughout my life. I’m so thankful I have found The Pilates Pad!

Best Pilates studio I have ever been to! I have noticed such a huge improvement with my core strength, body toning and over all posture. Davina, Julian the owners & Dani are such fantastic instructors always pushing you to you to your limits physically. The instructors are all very knowledgeable with technique correcting you throughout the session so the correct muscles are targeted. Overall The Pilates Pad has such an amazing vibe, everyone’s always so welcoming and friendly! Couldn’t recommend more!

Hi. Since moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast I was very fortunate to have found Pilates at this Lovely Private Space With Dee and Julian for over the past 2 years now As I didn’t know many people and new  to the area I really have been so lucky to now class them as Friends. They and Their  Studio is so welcoming And Professional. Also they are both very accommodating and absolutely A joy to be around each morning I have had the pleasure of doing Private Classes regularly each week as well as group classes My Body and Posture has improved immensely and as I am In my 60 s now I continue to be flexable and any back and leg issues I have are being treated with care. I always leave their Studio on a high And always look forward to seeing them both I feel that the difference in Julian and Dees Studio is the Personal Interest They take in looking after each and every client. Also the mix of ages and Lovely relaxed feeling we all get when we’re there makes a person feel like part of a family I intend to be there for as long as I can and just so happy I found their Studio It really is one of a kind and rare to find these days Big Thanks to them both. Very impressed with the Pilates Pad! I have only been going a few weeks- but I've had classes with owners Julian and Davina. Their attention to detail and fun classes are amazing. The studio is welcoming and very clean. I also really enjoy the smaller class sizes. It means I can really focus on and improve my technique. I will be recommending this place to all my friends!

I’ve been a fan since 2017. Dee, Jules and team are so professional, enthusiastic and focused on your individual needs.  I find it’s the best workout  for me and I love how my body responds to the different classes!  Join The Addiction!

I have been attending classes at the Pilates Pad for over 6 months now. The moment I walked in I felt an extra sense of care, given especially from all of the teachers and owners Davina and Julian. Best pilates reformer studio I have been to. Sessions are always interesting and tough. Instructors pay attention to clients and the quality of exercise. Everyone is very friendly.
